Terms & Conditions – 14-Day Free Trial

1. Free Trial Offer

By signing up for the 14-Day Free Trial of The Scripted Agent for The Scripted Society, you will receive full access to all membership content, resources, and community features at no cost for the duration of the trial.

2. Subscription & Billing

At the end of your 14-day trial period, your membership will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription of $47/month (or the agreed rate at sign-up). Your payment method on file will be charged at that time and on the same date each subsequent month unless you cancel before the billing date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time before the end of your trial period to avoid being charged. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription settings or contact us at hello@thescriptedagent.com.

Once your subscription has renewed into a paid month, no partial refunds will be provided for unused time. Your access will remain active through the end of your billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

The 14-Day Trial is completely free. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

5. Access Rights

Membership access is for the individual purchaser only. Content, scripts, templates, and other materials may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or inside your member portal.
